Fansite Rules

If you wish to create a Club Tropica Fansite, you must adhere to the following three rules;

1. REFER TO CLUBTROPICA ON YOUR HOME PAGE
Your site must clearly state in a prominent position on the home page that it is not the official site, www.clubtropica.com and that you are not a part of Club Tropica Ltd.

You must state clearly that Club Tropica Ltd is not responsible or liable for any content, products, services or information available on your site.

2. YOUR CONTENT
Your site must not contain anything illegal, libellous, defamatory and obscene or have any adverse impact on the brand, image or name of Club Tropica.

3. E-MAIL COMMUNICATION
If you compile a mailing list, newsletter or use any other form of e-mail communication, the message sent must comply with these rules and state that you and the message are not apart of Club Tropica Ltd.
