Community - Volunteer

Have you ever wanted to get involved with something you feel strongly about? Whether it is safety or the community? Well we have a number of volunteer programs in which can get involved in to make a difference.

As volunteers represent Club Tropica, so it is important to emphasise that volunteers must have a strong desire for the community, team cooperation, goodwill for all, participation and most importantly have fun!


The Event Rep Volunteer Program

Event Reps are recognised members of the community for creating fun competitions, games and much more! Event Reps are like the Hotel guides that get you joined in with all the activities you can do whilst on your Holiday. They will hold regular events and you will be given an option to give feedback on that event. The top then users with the most votes for the events run that month will then be elected an Event Rep and be given a badge and uniform. To keep things fair, each one of the top ten will have 10% knocked off their score the following month so it gives other users a chance to participate.

Can I become an Event Rep?
  Anyone can apply to become an Event Rep; however you need to make sure your events get good feedback and that they are voted for to get you into the top ten. Only then when you are voted into the top ten will you be eligible to be an Event Rep. This process is automatic and does not require you to go through an application process.


The Community Rep Volunteer Program

Community Reps are real life representatives of Club Tropica. They are like the travel agents that give you information on the best destination, Club Tropica being the top of course! They will be given invitations in which they can hand out to friends, school friends, and university parties etc, to join Club Tropica. Each invitation handed out then gives that person a chance to win a prize when they sign up, that is not all! Community Reps will be rewarded for handing out these invitations, for each person who signs up from the invitations will give the Community Rep a point and at the end of a 3 month period the points will be added up and they will get a prize depending on their total.

Can I become a Community Rep?
  Anyone can apply to become a Community Rep, providing they meet a few simple requirements. If you can answer yes to the following questions, then you can apply to become a Community Rep;

1) Are you the age of 18 or over?
2) Is your account over 9 weeks old?
3) Have you logged into Club Tropica more than 120 times?
4) Do you have a clean record? Is your account free from bans and privilege suspensions?
5) Can you answer questions about Club Tropica?

If you answered no to any of the above then unfortunately you cannot apply to become a Community Rep at this time, don't panic though, we will be recruiting more in the future and there is no reason why you cannot apply then!

The Isola Volunteer Program

Isola are the Islands Guides, kind of like holiday reps, they are there to welcome you to the Island. They help new users around Club Tropica and can assist with any questions or, issues you may have regarding in-game features and safety. Isola are also Voluntary Moderators, they are responsible for taking action against makers when they do something that breaks one of the Islands rules or, contacting a moderator if they think that a more serious punishment is needed.

Can I become an Isola?
  Anyone can apply to become an Isola, providing they meet a few simple requirements. If you can answer yes to the following questions, then you can apply to become an Isola.

1) Are you the age of 18 or over?
2) Is your account over 9 weeks old?
3) Have you logged into Club Tropica more than 120 times?
4) Do you have a clean record? Is your account free from bans and privilege suspensions?
5) Can you answer questions about Club Tropica and help out new users?

If you answered no to any of the above then unfortunately you cannot apply to become an Isola at this time, don't panic though, we will be recruiting more in the future and there is no reason why you cannot apply then!

The Club Tropica Radio DJ Volunteer Program

The Official Club Tropica Radio is a service we offer for you to listen to your favourite tunes and DJ's whilst sunbathing, chatting to your friends or maybe playing some games. DJ's will have allocated slots on the radio for their show will be last 2 hours long. They will then be able to play chart topping songs

Can I become a Radio DJ?
  Are you passionate about music, confident and someone who can get a crowd going in the middle of a muddy park? Then you may just be the very next DJ we are looking for! Anyone can apply to become a Radio DJ, providing they meet a few simple requirements. If you can answer yes to the following questions, then you can apply to become an Radio DJ.

1) Is your account over 9 weeks old?
2) Have you logged into Club Tropica more than 120 times?
3) Do you have a clean record? Is your account free from bans and privilege suspensions?
4) Can you answer questions about Club Tropica?
5) Are you confident and have a clear voice to speak on the radio?
