Hear Ye, Hear Ye!

As Mayor of the Munchkin City, in the County of the Land of... Oh wait, that's not the Club Tropica theme song at all! Ladies and Gentlemen, travellers and tourists alike... May we have your attention please! Over the last 48 hours, the techie's at Tropica HQ have been in overdrive to make sure that the Club Tropica website (VERSION 2!!) is ready to be delivered to your screens on-time and as promised. As you can see, we have kept that promise and not only have we given Club Tropica a whole image makeover but we have also created a whole variety of new features, tools and gadgets for your very own pleasure!

As all of the new features are.. Well.. New! We have broken down each feature bellow to give you all of the necessary information that you will need to start using your new tools. Don't worry if we haven't answered your question though, over the next couple of days 'Help' pages will be popping up with EVERYTHING you may ever need to know about each feature that we've added!

Boltons
No, we haven't become the next O2... But we have launched a whole new service entitled 'Boltons' which has replaced the VIP service we once offered to our users. Tropica Boltons allow users to access advanced features that improve their user experience, with our previous VIP services everything a user received was preset but now we're giving you the option to pick what you would like as part of your "extras" here at Club Tropica. The cost of a Bolton varies depending on what feature you would like to add to your account and each Bolton's cost is a monthly fee which will be deducted from your Isla balance at the start of each month! The following Boltons are currently offered to our users:

- Group Payments
- Unlimited Emails
- Unlimited Stickers
- Who Fancies Me?
- VIP Profile
- Unlimited Sub Domains
- Domain Cloaking

Of course, we are constantly setting up new Boltons so if none of these take your fancy be sure to check back soon as you never know when a new Bolton may pop up!

Domain Names
We have created a nifty little feature that allows registered users of Club Tropica to register website domains and sub-domains and what's even more interesting is that we accept Isla as currency! You can set up domains and subdomains at ClubTropica to point to your profiles, create email accounts, whatever you wish!

Email Addresses
Travellers can now get their own personal email address assigned to their Club Tropica account which will work exactly the same way as a normal email account, however if you purchase a domain through Club Tropica you can then SELL email accounts from your domain thus earning yourself Isla and whatsmore... We'll even let you pick the price you charge! If you can't afford to shop around for the perfect Email account, don't panic - every user has been given their own Club Tropica address for free, yours will be yourusernamehere@users.clubtropica.com. P.S. Messaging filters will work on your Email Account too!

Photo Moderation
All uploaded Photo's will now be added straight to your account and will be viewable by the public - without needing to be "Moderated" first! This should allow users to manage their profile much more freely without the long process of waiting for files to be accepted. Don't get too carried away though, naughty uploads will not be tolerated and if you come across one - you should report it to us so that it can be removed!

Advanced Profiling Options
We've updated the Profiling options that are available to our users, although we are still constructing a number of features - the following features are now available for the Public to use. Registered users can now:

- Delete messages from within their Guestbook
- Report offensive messages from within their Guestbook
- Manage the Forums that they are subscribed to
- Manage the Group Invitations that they have received
- Control their Privacy settings much easier; Manage Friends, Profiles, Searching and more!
- Search for users by using an Email Address or Mobile Number!

There MUST Be More...
We have a number of features that are still in the process of being coded, designed and generally put together - almost like a jigsaw. Don't panic though, we know what we're doing and everything that we have created will be available very soon! You can look forward to Profile Applications, the ability is already in place and we will be publishing API shortly. We are also currently updating a number of our web-pages AND creating new ones - Yes, that does include the ever so usually blank 'Community' page!

Please be patient as we are working around the clock to 'deliver the goods' - in the mean time, why not Have YOUR Say... I'm sure you have thought of something to say about the new website by now! Finally, as I'm sure you are aware; The weekly Newsletter wasn't published this week due to the website being down - don't fear, it will be published really soon!
